HERE'S THE PLAN
A Structured 10-Week Pathway
Phase 1: Green Career Essentials (Weeks 1-4)
Self-paced, micro-credentialed career readiness curriculum. Students build a shared foundation of professional skills: green economy overview, professional branding, interviewing strategies, and workplace success skills. Deliverables include a tailored resume, optimized LinkedIn profile, and career goals map.
Phase 2: Professional Intensive (Weeks 5-8)
Live, facilitated professional development with real employer exposure. Includes industry panels, weekly group coaching, office hours, and peer networking. Students complete informational interviews, mock interviews with feedback, and build a networking tracker.
Phase 3: Paid Capstone Experience (Weeks 7-10)
Students work in teams on real employer-aligned projects: sustainability audits, market analyses, policy memos, or outreach plans. They produce a skills challenge report, recorded presentations, and visual summary. Opportunities for post-capstone employer engagement.

What does implementation look like for our career center?
We handle facilitation, program delivery, and student support. Your team's primary role is student recruitment and leveraging your existing employer relationships for capstone projects. We provide all marketing materials, LMS access, and a dedicated Partner Success Manager
How much time does this require from our staff?
Minimal. Expect 2-3 hours per week during onboarding, then roughly 1 hour per week during the program for check ins and employer coordination. We do the heavy lifting on curriculum delivery, student coaching, and capstone management.
Can this integrate with our existing career programming?
Yes. Green Career Essentials is designed to complement your existing offerings, not replace them. Many partners integrate the program with sustainability courses, career center workshops, or student organization initiatives.
What data and reporting do we receive?
You'll have access to a real-time dashboard showing student progress and engagement, plus a mid-program check in report and comprehensive final outcomes report. This data can support grant applications, accreditation reporting, and strategic planning.
