Create a resume, LinkedIn, and personal pitch that show employers their potential.
Apply, interview, and network with confidence
Use scripts, templates, and real employer insights to navigate the job search.
Gain real experience through an employer-aligned capstone
Graduate with a portfolio-ready project and a LinkedIn badge that boosts credibility.
Designed to build confidence, not pressure.
This is where clarity begins
Ready to apply with confidence.
Ready to talk about their strengths.
Ready to step into professional spaces without second-guessing themselves.
Your students receive strong academic preparation. But employees across sustainability, climate, and energy sectors consistently report challenges identifying candidates who combine technical knowledge with demonstrated workplace readiness.
Meanwhile access to structured, paid, career-aligned experiential learning remains uneven. Students who face barriers to traditional internships and professional networks are often left behind.
Green Career Essentials bridges this gap with a structured program that integrates professional preparation with real-world application.

Breaking into the green workforce shouldn’t require insider knowledge, unpaid internships, or guessing your way forward.
We’ve spent years working alongside students, employers, and institutions and we’ve seen the same pattern again and again: talented, motivated students who care deeply about impact are held back not by lack of passion, but by lack of access, clarity, and real preparation.
Green Careers Essentials was created to close that gap.
This program is designed to give students what traditional education often doesn’t - practical skills, employer-aligned experience, and a clear pathway forward. Especially for students who have historically been underrepresented or overlooked in environmental careers.
We believe the future of the green workforce should be diverse, prepared, and supported. That's why we work with universities and employers to make this program free for students who need it most. We believe cost should never be a barrier between students and a green career. And that starts by meeting people where they are and helping them to take that next step with confidence.
